John Burroughs, MD
Dr. John Burroughs graduated with honors from the University of Texas before completing his medical degree in 1993 at the highly selective Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in Maryland on full Air Force scholarship. Dr. Burroughs is Board-Certified and a Fellow of the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American Academy of Ophthalmology. Dr. Burroughs is a surgical specialist of the eyelids, orbits, and face having treated tens of thousands of patients. He has over 20 years of wrinkle blocker experience, 15 years of filler experience, and teaches advanced techniques both nationally and internationally. Besides surgery, he offers the ever increasing demand for non-surgical rejuvenation with physician-grade chemical peels, skin tightening/ resurfacing, body contouring, fat-cellulite reduction, and thread lifts (Silhouette InstaLift™).
Facial Surgery
Facial surgery focuses on improving features that are bothersome, distracting, or give a misperception of inner wellness, vitality, or mood. Patients are referred and turn to Dr. Burroughs when they have a concern they want restored or improved. This includes drooping eyelids, brows, eye bags, jowls, neck sagging or when the signs of aging cannot be adequately improved with non-surgical [LINK] treatments.

20s
This is a time in your life where small amounts of skin damage or fine lines start to show in your face. Although you still look youthful, preventative (prejuvenative) measures to keep your skin looking bright and smooth. This includes medical grade skin care, and even botulinum wrinkle blockers. 30s

Your facial skin starts to sag as it loses collagen and volume. Skin resurfacing is popular as more wrinkles begin to appear. More conservative surgery can be done to slow aging signs and maintain a youthful appearance before a larger surgery is required.
